What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy and can I cancel/reschedule a shoot?

You can cancel or reschedule your shoot anytime before 5:00 PM the day prior to the shoot without a fee

If you reschedule after 5 PM the day before the shoot, or if you cancel on the day of the shoot, there is a 15% cancellation fee (of the total price excluding discounts/travel fees) which goes directly to your photographer for them setting aside their time. 

To cancel or reschedule: 

  1. Log into your account at www.virtuance.com
  2. Click on “My Account”
  3. Click on “Order History”
  4. Select property and click “Cancel”  or “Reschedule”
