How do I cancel/reschedule my photoshoot?

We understand things come up so we want to make cancelling and rescheduling easy! You do this in a few ways: 


Online: Log into your www.virtuance.com account, click on order history and cancel the respective property from your order history page.


Phone: Give our Client Success Team a call to cancel the photoshoot by phone at 1-844-443-7325 ext 2. 


Chat: Go to www.virtuance.com and click the chat icon, or go to Help - Contact Us to start a live chat. Having trouble finding the icon? Click here for step by step instructions!


Email: Send an email to info@virtuance.com and update us which address you'd like to cancel. 


Cancelling is free of charge so long as you cancel by 5pm the day before the photoshoot (including Monday photoshoots). 

If you are cancelling after 5pm, a 25% cancellation fee will be assessed which goes straight to the photographer for reserving that time for your photoshoot instead of taking other photoshoots. If you have questions on our cancellation policy, click here.
