If you’re reading this Help and Support page, you’ve probably ordered a YouTube video that we were unable to upload on your behalf. But don’t worry! We’ve already completed the hard part - your video has been created and is ready to be uploaded, and this page will walk you through that process.
First, you’re going to need to download your video. In your Tour Announcement email, under the Upgrades section, you’ll find a download link for your YouTube video:
Click on this link to download the video.
Once the download has finished, you’ll see that the video is contained in a Zip file to make the download a little faster. To extract the video from the Zip:
Windows - right click on the file and click the “Extract All” option. You can now choose the preferred destination for the video file, then click the “Extract” button.
Mac - double click on the zip file, this will automatically extract your video into the same location as the zip file itself.
Uploading your file to YouTube:
Now that you’ve downloaded and extracted the video, you’re ready to upload! In order to provide the most up-to-date instructions on how to upload your video to YouTube, we recommend that you click here to check out Google’s own instructions for uploading a video!
