What is the turnaround time from time of the shoot to delivery?

We guarantee that your photos will be uploaded to your listing website online by 5:00 pm the day after the property was photographed regardless of the time the photoshoot took place. A notification email will be sent once your photos are ready to be viewed!

If you need your images sooner, we do offer a $25 rush upgrade that will get the images to you by 12:00 pm the day after the shoot. This can be added to your shoot from the upgrades section when scheduling online, or if your photoshoot is already scheduled you can contact our Client Success team to add a rush to your order.

What if it's 5:00 pm the day after the shoot and I haven't received my tour publication email?

If you haven’t received your notification email by 5:00 pm the day after the shoot, check your spam folder. (This is usually the issue!) You can always log into your account at www.virtuance.com and go to "My Account" which will have a link to "View Tours" or "View Marketing Suite Tours". 

If you haven't received your notification email by 5pm and the images aren't available through your account at www.virtuance.com, please get in touch with us immediately to make sure we have the appropriate contact information for you!
