Starting in June 2023, Virtuance will no longer be offering the Zillow interactive floor plan as an upgrade. We heard lots of feedback since we started offering this option, and we listened! We now provide a different 2D floor plan for your marketing needs.
A floor plan can offer the following benefits to your listing:
- Helps potential buyers better understand the layout of the property
- This provides them a visual for how they can make the space their own
- Can be used as a comparison tool to show the layouts of various properties to make informed decisions
