Zillow listing showcase offers enhanced listings, and provides preferential search ranking.
Virtuance has zero leverage or control over this selection process and you must contact Zillow for all Zillow Listing Showcase eligibility inquiries.

No, Zillow Listing Showcase will only accept the Zillow Interactive Floor Plan
How do clients, whom are deemed eligible, connect their Virtuance order to their Zillow Listing Showcase?
Clients who are deemed eligible by Zillow, will let Zillow Listing Showcase know that Virtuance is their designated photographer. At this point, Zillow Listing Showcase will email Virtuance, and we will get the uploads taken care of. Virtuance will upload the ordered products (images, 3D Tour, Floor Plan) to the Listing Showcase on the clients behalf.
FAQS and REQUESTS for support with the Listing Showcase platform:
1. While Virtuance can assist clients with anything to do with their shoot and deliverables, we can not attempt to support clients with their Zillow Listing Showcase - Zillow has a dedicate support team, and clients should reach directly out to their Zillow contact, for assistance.
2. Virtuance can only add images to the client's Listing Showcase, we do not have the ability to remove them.
3. Listing Showcase will mirror the images uploaded to the client's MLS listing; if a client would want to remove an image from the Listing Showcase, they just need to remove it from their MLS listing. If clients have issues with this, they should contact Zillow.
4. Virtuance can only add content created by Virtuance. If the client wants to add images they took themselves, they can either add said images to their MLS (which will then syndicate to the Listing Showcase) OR upload via Zillow's systems. Virtuance cannot assist with either of these.
What are the differences between Zillow Listing Showcase and Showing Time+?
1. Agents can purchase "advertising" for their listings by purchasing a Showcase subscription. This allows them to get increased exposure of their listings with special features.
2. Zillow Showcase is a premium listing marketing package, designed to not exceed 10% of active listings in any market.
3. Showcase listings feature an elevated media-forward design that include a dynamic hero image carousel, interactive floor plans complete with embedded photos, room groupings, as well as map placement of the floor plan. The listing agent’s branding is also prominently highlighted.
