Here are Virtuance's hours of operation, as well as a list of the holidays we are closed!

Holiday Closures:

Virtuance is closed for photography, and for offering Client Success support on the following holidays in 2025. If you have a photoshoot the day prior to these days, your images will be delivered the following business day.

• Christmas Day

The Client Success team is here to help you with any questions you have about your images, scheduling, our products and more!  Feel free to email us anytime at info@virtuance.com! We are also available over the phone at at 844-443-7325 Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 5 PM Mountain Standard Time. Outside of business hours, you're also welcome to leave us a voicemail and we will follow up the next business day.

What time of day can I schedule my photoshoot?

- You are welcome to schedule photos anytime Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - approximately 6 PM in the summer, and til approximately 4 PM in the winter, local time. Our twilight photo shoots start about 30 minutes before sunset typically, so we also offer that specific type of photography after the standard daytime hours.

- We also offer photography on Saturdays! Please note that if you schedule your photo shoot on a Saturday, we will deliver your images the following Monday, or if we have a scheduled holiday, the following business day. Saturday photo shoots are scheduled between the following hours in your time zone:

• Eastern Time - 1 PM - 5 PM on Saturdays
• Central Time - 12 PM - 4 PM on Saturdays
• Mountain Time - 11AM - 3 PM on Saturdays
• Pacific Time - 10 AM - 2 PM on Saturdays

Please note that at this time, we do not offer Client Success support on Saturdays. However, if you have a photo shoot scheduled on a Saturday and we encounter an onsite issue, rest assured we monitor urgent voicemails so we can help quickly!
