If I place an order and the date I need isn't available, can I get a refund?

Virtuance will not charge your payment card until after the images have already been delivered to you. Our system simply requires a card to be on file before we can place a shoot on the schedule.  If a shoot is cancelled prior to 5:00PM local time the day before your shoot, you will not be charged. 


However, if cancellation or rescheduling occurs after 5:00PM local time on the day before your shoot, you will get charged a 15% cancellation fee. For more information on this fee, click here.
