We understand things come up so we want to make cancelling and rescheduling easy! You do this in a few ways:
Online: Log into your Virtuance account here, click on order history
How Clients can access their ORDER HISTORY:
- Update and confirm on-site contact information
- Add any special notes for the photographer
- Cancel and Reschedule- How? click the orange RESCHEDULE button on the top right/click the orange CANCEL SHOOT text to the left of the RESCHEDULE button
- Update credit card information- select a card to apply to this shoot or add a new card
- View order details
Phone: Give our Client Success Team a call to cancel the photoshoot by phone at 1-844-443-7325 ext 2.

Email: Send an email to [email protected] and update us which address you'd like to cancel.
Cancelling is free of charge so long as you cancel by 5pm the day before the photoshoot (including Monday photoshoots). Cancellations that occur after 5:00 PM the day before your shoot (in the time zone in which services were to be performed) will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order price, excluding discounts and travel fees.
Onsite cancellations incur an additional charge of 100% of any applicable travel fee to compensate our photographer partners' time and travel costs.
Once a Virtuance photographer has photographed a property, cancellations and/or rescheduling requests will not be entitled to a refund. If you have questions on our cancellation policy, click here.
