Our system will finalize a time for your photo shoot at 3 PM local time. Once the date and time is set, you will receive a photoshoot confirmation email letting you know!

The photoshoot confirmation email you receive once the time is finalized might appear as a "reply" to your original confirmation email. Please check there if you're unsure if the time has been finalized.

Please note that our photography partners may encounter traffic and parking challenges, which may cause them to arrive and begin work up to 10 minutes early or 10 minutes late. This timeframe will be considered "on time".
