I called to schedule my first appointment, do I also need to register to set up an account?

If you called to schedule your first photoshoot with us and you need to update your order or reschedule your appointment online, you do not need to register to set up an account. Our Client Success team has already created an account for you! You can log in using the email we have on file, and you can click on the "forgot password" link to set up a password for your account. If you're having trouble receiving the email to rest your password, be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case it accidentally wound up there! You can also call our Client Success team by phone at 844-443-7325 or email at info@virtuance.com and we can set up a temporary password for you on our end.
