At Virtuance we strive for consistency with our photographers, so that no matter which photographer you're booked with you'll always get a high quality, consistent result.  All of our photographers also go through extensive training to be cleared as a Virtuance photographer and have image reviews on a monthly basis with our Photography Management Team! 

With that being said, we completely understand that everyone jives with people differently. If there's ever a photographer you'd prefer to not work with, please let our Client Success team know and we can set them as an unwanted photographer on your account. This will remove them as an option when scheduling online or over the phone, and it can always be reversed if you decide to give them another try in the future.
