What should I do if my photographer hasn't shown up yet?

It is our goal for our photographers to be punctual and always arrive at the scheduled shoot time!


However, our photography partners may encounter traffic and parking challenges, which may cause them to arrive and begin work up to 10 minutes early or 10 minutes late. This timeframe will be considered "on time". If a photographer is early and you are not ready to start, we will start at the appointed shoot time.


Our team will notify you if your photographer will be more than 10 minutes late!


If your photographer has not arrived and it is more than 10 minutes past the scheduled shoot time, please contact our Client Success Team at 844-443-7325.
