Who is ineligible to use Pay-at-Close with Virtuance?

  • The Pay-at-Close option will not be visible or available if:

  1. You are a client who currently receives monthly or automated invoicing.

  2. The order is placed over the phone or requires manual processing by our team.

  3. The total order amount exceeds $1,000.

  4. The shoot date is scheduled more than 30 days out from the time of booking.

  5. The applicant does not meet Titus’ requirements, which include: an active real estate license, a signed listing agreement for the property, and meeting minimum credit criteria.
