You can always adjust the date range for your flexibly scheduled shoot, or instead opt to lock in a specific date and time by rescheduling or cancelling via your Order History in your account!
Step 1: Click on My Account in the top right corner of the website.
Step 2: Click on "Order History" on the left side. This is where you can view all current and past photo shoot orders.
Step 3: Navigate to the property address you need to cancel or reschedule, and choose the option you need.
Step 4: If you choose reschedule, you'll see the option to reschedule flexibly (choose a different date range), or you can select I Need A Specific Time and Day to preview all times available so you can pick what works best! If you need to cancel entirely, simply click on Cancel, then confirm the cancellation by clicking on the pop up.
Step 5: You will receive an email update on the rescheduling or cancellation of your photo shoot! If you would like to learn more about our cancellation policy, please click here.
