Our photographers typically only have time to photograph the property that the photo shoot is scheduled for. However, if the property is in a condo complex, we can try and capture the amenities associated with that complex upon request!

If the property you're scheduling is a single family home, and you'd like to highlight some of the surrounding areas, you have a couple of options.

The Subdivision upgrade is an optional add-on that gives our photography partner an additional 30 minutes of time. When this upgrade is added to your order, you can request that we photograph up to 5 different locations within a mile's driving distance of the property address. Please note that this upgrade must be added in order for our photography partner to have time to capture any photos outside of the property. Our partners will do our best to capture your requests, but we will also be unable to photograph if there are people present in the image due to privacy concerns.

The Stock Image upgrade is another add-on that we provide if we've photographed amenities or nearby attractions in the same area in the past. You can check for available packages in the Stock Image drop down while scheduling online and look for the appropriate subdivision or neighborhood name. If we have the neighborhood available and the upgrade is added to your order, we'll add 7-10 additional images highlighting the surroundings! If you don't see the neighborhood, you can also reach out to our Client Success team so they can check and see what we might have available for you!
