First, check to see if you are viewing the tour in the Full Screen mode. When in Full Screen, agent branding information does not appear to allow more space for images on the tour. You can hit the Escape key on your keyboard or click “Exit Fullscreen” next to the play bar at the bottom of your tour.
If you happened to click on the link to the unbranded tour and then go look at the branded tour, you will likely only to see the unbranded version upon clicking on the branded tour link.
This is because once the unbranded tour has been viewed, the browser doesn’t allow you to see the branded tour for a 30-minute window. This is done because many MLS networks have requirements about it not being "easy" to find a branded version of a tour, and a savvy user could simply change the URL to grab the non-IDX link. By inserting a cookie and preventing the viewer from being able to see the branded version for 30 minutes, we've found a happy compromise.
You can try opening the branded tour in another internet browser, or you can fix this issue by clearing the cache and cookies in your browser and then you'll be able to view the branded version of their tour.
